TYRVAQ / CURRENT BRIEF
Prove the smallest defensible system.
P0 is the discipline underneath the roadmap: prove one coherent local loop before treating the entire TYRVAQ future as if it already exists.
The frozen P0 baseline
One CORE run-controller and one haptic sleeve ASSET. nRF52840, Zephyr, near-body BLE and precompiled haptic primitives. Reject-and-pause determinism, monotonic timers, signed canonical commands and a watchdog define the initial proof.
PEA v0.2 Revision C remains a bench candidate. HALO, AERION, VANTARA, SOL and orbital service infrastructure are post-P0 research; they do not become requirements of the first sleeve prototype.
FIRST PROOF
Prove a minimal local sense → reason → respond loop with explicit safety and user control.
MODULAR PROTOTYPE
Separate product roles into working modules and prove that handoff is more useful than one overloaded enclosure.
VALIDATED SUBSYSTEM
Measure the actual limits of power, thermal behavior, sensing, communication, latency, and interface reliability.
INTEGRATED SYSTEM
Integrate only the behaviors that survived validation, then test the full experience as one system.
A proof boundary.
- A deliberately small technical target.
- A place to discover constraints before industrial design hardens.
- A basis for deciding which future features have earned further investment.
A promise of the finished universe.
- Not a shipping product listing.
- Not proof that every concept render is manufacturable.
- Not permission to publish confidential implementation detail just to demonstrate progress.
