TYRVAQ / CURRENT BRIEF

Protection
Public vision. Private engineering.
V16 separates public concept material from confidential review material. Protection is not a magic “disable screenshots” switch; it is a combination of classification, access control, agreements, minimized data, and honest technical limits.

The Continuity Kernel roots identity and continuity. GATE interprets intent. SPARTA independently compiles and enforces finite authority. The System Resource Fabric evaluates feasibility with zero policy authority. Destination controllers enforce physical limits, and independently attested outcomes establish what actually happened.
Governance & Consent
How human override, classification, privacy, authorization, and recording boundaries fit the system.
Sharing & Intellectual Property
What may be shared and what access does not grant.
Privacy & AI Data Use
What the public concept site does and does not collect.
Request Private Access
Nonconfidential inquiry path for approved reviewers.
Confidential Review Agreement
TYRVAQ-CRA-v2.0 structure for named review recipients.
Recording Permission
Disabled by default; specific exceptions only.
Security & privacy contact
Report exposure or request correction/deletion.
What V16 can protect
- Public/private separation in the information architecture.
- Clear rules around private review, recording, and external AI use.
- Future server-enforced authorization before private delivery.
- Minimized data collection and honest provider boundaries.
What a website cannot promise
- It cannot stop a camera from photographing a screen.
- It cannot reliably detect every OS-level screen recording.
- It cannot make public material retroactively confidential.
- It cannot protect secrets hidden inside a downloadable public bundle.
